Questions and answers

Can I leave it outside in the rain?

Yes. The rug is woven from recycled plastic tubes that don't absorb water, so it dries quickly and resists mold and mildew. To make it last longer, we recommend storing it when you're not using it.

Will it fade in the sun?

The rug is UV resistant to help prevent fading and sun damage, so it holds its color through long days on a patio or deck.

How do I clean it?

Shake it out or hose it off with water and a mild detergent, then let it dry in the air.

Can I use it indoors?

Yes. It works just as well inside, and spills wipe clean. Indoors or on smooth floors, we recommend a non-slip rug pad underneath (sold separately).

Is it safe for pets and kids?

Yes. It's family and pet friendly, and easy to hose off after muddy paws.

What is it made of?

GRS-certified recycled plastic, and the rug is fully recyclable. A 5' x 8' rug uses about 279 recycled food and medicine grade containers.

Who makes it?

Our rugs are made in India by adult artisans and are GoodWeave certified child labor-free. Every rug has a 1-year warranty.

How fast will it arrive, and can I return it?

Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states. Orders placed by noon ET on a business day ship the same day and arrive in 2 to 6 business days. You can return it within 30 days; return shipping is paid by the customer. Final sale items can't be returned.
